What is "Compte Personnel de Formation" ?
Once you work in a company in France you are entitled to some training sessions. You can train during your work time or after depending on your contract.
- 20 hours/year
- you have to be in the company for at least 1 year
- training sessions that would help you in your business
- to be able to use the "CPF" you need an approval form your company
- you can use your CPF even if you quit or were dismissed from your position
How to request a CPF ?
Once you have chosen your subject, NLC will make a proposition of a contract with your company and once it is accepted you can start your training.
